Stephon Shaw work sits at the intersections of personal growth, leadership development, and purpose. He supports high-achieving individuals in navigating change and becoming the person they need to be to build a life they truly love.

Stephon holds a degree in Psychology, with a foundation on human behavior and decision making. He is currently completing his ICF-accredited coaching certification through Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coaching Program, an internationally recognized coaching methodology focused on mindset, identity, and transformational change.
With over a decade of leadership experience in business strategy, change management, and people development, he brings a grounded understanding of how people and organizations grow.
